On her run for CT State Senate Kyla Zimmermann said, “I'm thrilled to share with my family and friends that I'm running for 5th District State Senator, representing Farmington, Burlington, West Hartford, Unionville, and a portion of Bloomfield! As those closest to me, you know my unwavering commitment to what's right and my background in compliance /community service. My goal is to bring a principled approach to policymaking that benefits all constituents, as I believe principles are the bedrock of a strong state.
