Chris and his wife, Dr. Jessica Forster, live in Unionville with their daughter Delilah.  Chris is the Controller for the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU).  He is a former Commissioner on the Farmington Conservation and Inland Wetlands Commission and currently serves on the Unionville Historic District Commission.  Chris is also the President of the Farmington Exchange Club.

As the Controller for the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) system, he is responsible for system wide financial policy and financial reporting of the system’s 17 public colleges and universities.  He is a key contributor to various transformation projects as part of CSCU's efforts to improve administrative efficiencies across the system. 

Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, a Masters of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Public Financial Management from the University of Connecticut.  He holds the Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO) designation from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and the Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) designation from the Association of Government Accountants (AGA).  Chris completed the GFOA’s Advanced Government Finance Institute in 2013 and served on the GFOA’s national Committee on Economic Development and Capital Planning from 2013 - 2015.

Chris is excited for the opportunity to continue serving the Farmington community in a second term on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
